At MONAY'S, we want you to absolutely love your glow! We stand behind the quality of our body care products and your satisfaction is our priority.

Our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • All products from a Glow Kit must be returned together if returning a set

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used body care products

  • Products with broken seals or missing labels

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return

  3. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions

  4. Ship Your Return: Package items securely and ship to the address provided

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

  • Original payment method will be credited

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately at support@Monaysglow.com with photos of the damage

  • We will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund, including shipping

  • No need to return damaged items unless requested

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different scent or product:

  1. Return your original item following our return process

  2. Place a new order for your preferred product

  3. We'll process both as quickly as possible to get you glowing again!
